About Daniel

Daniel graduated from The University of Huddersfield in 2015 after completing his Law degree and legal practice course.  He then spent 18 months doing conveyancing before joining Hartlaw in March 2017. Daniel completed his training with Hartlaw and qualified as a Solicitor in June 2019.

He advises clients in relation to all aspects of Wills, Inheritance Tax planning, various types of Trusts, Probate, Lasting and Enduring Powers of Attorney, planning for care fees and applications to the Court of Protection.

Daniel grew up in North Wales and is a very proud Welshman. Outside of work he is a keen rugby player and musician, and has competed for North Wales Rugby and played with the National Youth Brass Band of Great Britain.

The Office of the Public Guardian (the body sponsored by the Ministry of Justice to supervise Deputies acting under the order of the Court of Protection) have announced that they have overcharged for some Deputyship annual supervision and assessment fees paid in the period between 1 April 2008 and 31 March 2015.
