About Claire

Claire advises clients on all aspects of Wills, Trust, Probate, Inheritance Tax planning, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
 
Claire graduated in Law from De Montfort University in 2005 before studying the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in York. Claire qualified as a solicitor in 2011.
 
Claire is a full accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly, an independent organisation of lawyers specialising in advising Elderly and Vulnerable clients. Claire is also a full member of STEP (the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners) and holds STEP Advanced Certificates in Will Preparation, Administration of Estates, Administration of Trusts and Taxation of Trusts and Estates. Claire won the student of the Year in the Advanced Certificate in Will Preparation – England and Wales at the STEP Excellence Awards 2014.  
 
Outside of work, Claire volunteers as a leader at two Brownie units.
